Erik Severino was born and raised in St. James, New York and later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada as a teenager. He then attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and later graduated with a degree in Economics. Upon graduation, Erik enrolled in the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2006. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada since 2006.
Erik has since narrowed his practice to consumer and bankruptcy law related matters. As such, he later started his own firm, The Law Office of Erik Severino, in 2009 dedicated to
consumer bankruptcy law.
The recent economic and housing market collapse has hit southern Nevada extremely hard,
and Erik has been there all along assisting his clients with resolving their debts, protecting their
property, and most importantly, preserving their integrity.
When a prospective client retains The Law Ofice of Erik Severino, that client will not only be
retaining the firm, but, more importantly, he or she will be retaining Erik. Erik will be your attorney
through the entire process. You will not have to deal with staff/paralegals. If you ever need to
schedule another appointment or call the office to ask a question, you will be meeting with and
speaking to Erik. Erik strives to not only be the best bankruptcy attorney in general, but to be the
best bankruptcy attorney for you!
